Please note that the Greek government has introduced a new tax from 2024 onwards. This is an environmental / climate tax and for legal reasons I must charge an additional 8 euros per night, (for a property the size of Spiti Georgia); this fee will be added to your bill.

A small deposit of 10% is required to reserve your booking. This is refundable up to 60 days before arrival should your plans change. Sadly it will be non-refundable after this period.
